Welcome to the Lucky Leopards!

Croeso i’n dosbarth — where learning is an adventure every day! 🌿📚✨

In our class, we believe every child is unique, valued, and full of potential. We work together to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where curiosity is encouraged, kindness is celebrated, and learning is brought to life through meaningful experiences. Our goal is to help every learner grow in confidence and independence — developing the skills, creativity, and resilience they’ll need for the future.

We are proud to reflect the values of our Welsh community, embracing the language, culture, and heritage that make our school so special. Through engaging lessons, outdoor learning, and rich opportunities to explore the world around us, we nurture happy, ambitious learners who take pride in their achievements and care deeply for others.

This Autumn Term, our Year 3/4 class is diving into the fascinating world of World War II. Through engaging lessons and creative projects, we’ll explore the lives of those who experienced this important time in history. We’re especially excited to welcome a special visitor from the Swansea Bay War Museum and to go on an adventurous field trip to Cardiff Castle’s war museum—both of which will spark our curiosity and fill our minds with powerful learning experiences.

Alongside our topic work, we’ll be working hard to develop our Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital skills to help us succeed across the curriculum. It is essential that pupils read at home every night where possible and return their books to school, where they will also read to an adult. Asking your child questions about their book after reading helps deepen their understanding and supports their progress.

We’re proud to be curious, courageous, and kind learners—ready to take on new challenges together. Let’s make this term unforgettable!
