Rights Respecting School 2026
Following our recent positive ESTYN Report, we are delighted to share that Tref‑y‑Rhyg Primary School is continuing to build on its strengths by working towards the Bronze Award Accreditation.
As a school, we have embraced the key principles behind the award for some time. They are already deeply embedded in our daily practice, our relationships, and our whole‑school ethos. What we are doing now is taking the next natural step—formally seeking the accreditation so that our commitment is recognised and celebrated at a national level.
This accreditation will further support us in:
- Strengthening pupils’ wellbeing and personal development
- Deepening pupil voice and leadership opportunities
- Continuing to foster a positive, inclusive school culture
- Showing our community how proud we are of the work already happening within the school
We are excited to be moving forward together, and we will keep families updated as we progress through the accreditation journey.
