We have been listening to instructions, working as a team, learning to catch and thrown and then we had an egg and spoon race against the clock

This week we are going to be learning in maths - counting to 100 backwards and forwards and then writing theses numbers in a variety of ways. In literacy we are creating fact files and in topic we arecwriting about Guy Fawkes. In ICT we are going to be looking at just2easy application in hwb and creating graphs. On Friday we are going to be celebrating sparkle and wellbeing day. We have lots of lovely activities planned to support health and wellbeing . Don’t forget to wear something bright and colourful!!

This week we have continued our learning of time , o'clock, half-past, quarter to and past .
We have been creating fact-files about ourselves and a real-life hero.
We have been learning about famous nurses of the past, Florence Nightingale and Betsi Cadwalldar.
We experimented with colour missing the three primary colours to see what colours we could create.

This weeks learning we will be looking at clock in maths and learning about o’clock, half past, quarter past and quarter to.
In literacy we are continuing to learn our sounds from phase 3 letters and sounds and we are now learning phase 4 tricky words.
In science and technology we are learning about how we can access our school webpage to help us learn when we are at home.

This week we are learning in Topic about people who help us in the world
Phonics - Please help your child learn their HFW and decodeable words as well as sounds from phase 3 letters and sounds programme.
In maths- we are learning about telling the time. We are looking at o’clock and half past.
We will be researching in Ict about healthy eating and looking at bbc bite size website.
In P.E we are learning about keeping fit and travelling in different ways as well as developing our catching and throwing skills around obstacles.

Week 28/9/20
In Maths this week we are continuing to learn about measuring using Non standard measure and standard measures using a ruler.
We are learning Decodeable words in our phonics, blending sounds and recapping sounds and HFW from phase 2,3 and 4.
In literacy we are learning and working on the story The colour monster.
In topic we are learning about our 5 senses and how we use them. We identified what we liked and what we didn't like. we found out some interesting facts about each other.
In P.E we are learning to keep healthy and get fit.
In science and technology we are learning about staying safe online.
